MG series magnetostrictive displacement sensors are electrical equipment specially used in explosive gas environments. In
order to work safely, reliably, stably and accurately, they should be installed and usedNote the following.
Check before installation and use:
1. Whether the EX cable introduction device is damaged and loose;
2. Carefully check the nameplate to confirm that each indicator (explosion-proof mark and protection level) on the name plate is in line with the actual working environment;
3. Rigid measuring rods must be in a straight state to ensure accuracy, and cannot continue to be used in a bent state;
4. Refer to the wiring method in this manual, connect the sensor independently, move the magnet ring, and confirm wheth er the sensor can work normally;
5. The installation, maintenance and use of this product should comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.15-2000
