TEC magnetostrictive displacement sensor is a new generation of linear displacement sensor independently developed by Zheda
Jingyi. It can provide users with real-time, reliable, accurate and continuous linear displacement signals under harsh working environment,
and is widely used in metallurgical equipment, wind power equipment, construction machinery, rubber machinery, port machinery,
energy and other industrial automation fields.
The ES series achieves non-contact displacement measurement through magnetostriction effect, with the core components being waveguide wires and vernier magnetic rings. When the electronic warehouse sends query pulses, a magnetic field is generated around the waveguide wire, which couples with the magnetic field of the magnetic ring to generate torsional stress waves. The displacement data is obtained by calculating the signal transmission time difference. This technology does not require mechanical contact, avoids wear and tear, and is suitable for long-term high load operation scenarios.
